Book a service for a parent, sibling or friend without phoning around from another time zone. Put their name, number and directions in the request notes so the vendor knows who they’re serving.
For yourself
Living here or visiting, find a photographer, a car, a stylist or someone to run errands, and see their services, prices and policies before you ask.
Eight things we check before anyone is listed.
A founder reviews every application and records evidence for each check. A business only appears on MyAraba when all of them pass.

- We confirm the business email and that they control the WhatsApp number customers will use.
- They really operate
- We check their address or service area and their public presence.
- The right person applied
- We confirm the applicant represents the business, by phone or in person.
- Registration, where it applies
- We check the registration or category documents their kind of business needs.
- They can deliver
- We inspect products or equipment, or walk through the service with them.
- Customers vouch for them
- We check customer references or independent reviews.
- Payments go to the business
- We check that the account you'll pay is connected to the business.
- Terms are written down
- We review their prices and their cancellation, refund and delivery terms.
When a vendor changes their photos, prices or terms, their listing leaves the marketplace until we’ve looked at it again.

Your money goes to the vendor, not to us.
MyAraba doesn’t take or hold payments. Once a vendor confirms your booking, you pay them directly by Mobile Money or bank transfer.
Before you pay, check that the account name matches the business on MyAraba. If it doesn’t, don’t send money; email us and we’ll look into it.
Booking through MyAraba is free for customers.
